When recruiting licensed professionals the challenge is connecting with the right talent in the right way.
Traditionally this work has been done two ways:
- Advertising - Putting your jobs on countless job boards, managing social media spend or SEO/ SEM is costly and ineffective. Your job postings sit right next to your competitors on the same job boards. In many cases the candidate traffic is so minimal for high need talent that you receive almost no applicant traffic. You are paying to compete with your competitors for the same people.
- Sourcing - Reaching out to candidates on professional sites, like LinkedIn, can be expensive and time consuming, yielding minimal results, particularly for licensed professionals. Many of these professionals simply do not set up LinkedIn profiles. The emergence of sourcing platforms - which provide direct contact information - typically 'overlay' LinkedIn and therefore still have a limited audience issue.
